The owners, Nico Alary and Sarah Mouchot opened Holybelly in October 2013. Its a unique place in Paris because one can find both superior coffee and incredible cuisine. They get their coffee beans from Belleville Brûlerie located right here in Paris.
The café is very popular and has a lot of regulars. Its success is partly due to their most popular menu item: Pancakes with Fried Egg; it is a big stack of deliciousness: pancake, fried egg, pancake, fried egg, pancake, fried egg, bacon and maple syrup. You must try it if you go there for breakfast! Holybelly is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9h to 18h and on the weekends from 10h to 18h. We absolutely recommend this place!
